Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items with 14 days of delivery. If you receive your item and change your mind within those 14 days, then you are entitled to a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a difference size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund within 14 days and place a new order for the desired item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the specified time, please:

- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
